Managing People Internationally
The course objective is to understand how to make a difference when driving people in times of ambiguity and change. It also seeks to understand the differences that come from cultural styles and the complexities of managing global teams. The course allows understanding how to align human resource strategies with company strategies, and also design and implement effective systems to manage people’s performance.
This is one of the courses that students take at Tulane University.
